TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVATE CLUB CONSTITUTION

1. PRIVATE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT
By accessing this website, creating an account, or participating in any club activities, you explicitly agree to enter into a private, voluntary association agreement as a member of the Safari Boys Private Club ("the Club"). This website and its services do not constitute a public marketplace; they represent a private distribution portal exclusively reserved for registered, verified members of the Club.

2. MEMBERSHIP MANDATE & ELIGIBILITY
Access to the private product catalog is strictly contingent upon maintaining an active, fully paid Club Membership. 
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. 
- You agree to submit a valid South African Identity Number or official identification for automated age verification. 
- Providing fraudulent information will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.
- Memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable.

3. DISCRETION & CLUB PRIVACY
All products distributed through this portal are intended for the private, personal use of the registered member within a private domain. The resale, public commercial redistribution, or public profiling of Club-distributed goods is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of the Club's internal constitution.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
The Club operates as a private voluntary association under the common law of the Republic of South Africa. Members agree that all interactions, distributions, and agreements are conducted entirely within the private sphere of the association. The Club reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its absolute discretion.
