SHIPPING & DISPATCH POLICY

1. DISCREET PACKAGING
To maintain absolute member privacy and security, all club fulfillments are shipped in completely unbranded, highly secure, discrete packaging. There are no external markings, product descriptions, or itemized lists visible on the outside of the parcel. 

2. DELIVERY TIER & TIMELINES
We fulfill orders nationwide using premier local courier networks (including The Courier Guy). 
- Standard dispatch occurs within 1 to 3 business days from order settlement.
- Delivery timelines generally range from 2 to 5 business days depending on regional proximity.

3. MANDATORY AGE & ID VERIFICATION UPON DELIVERY
Because our private club enforces a strict 18+ policy, our courier partners are instructed to deliver parcels exclusively to individuals who can confirm their legal age. The courier reserve the right to request a valid South African ID card, driver's license, or passport at the doorstep. Parcels will not be left unattended, with minors, or at unverified public drop-off points.
