RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEES
Annual or monthly Club Membership fees are immediate, fully committed contributions to the administrative and operational maintenance of the Safari Boys Private Club. Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once processed.

2. LIFESTYLE MERCHANDISE & APPAREL RETURNS
We take immense pride in the quality of our exclusive club gear. 
- Apparel and physical lifestyle merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and retain all original club tags.
- To initiate a merchandise return, contact the club administration team at the verified member email address.

3. EXCLUSIONS & PRIVATE GOODS
Due to the exclusive, custom-batch, or perishable nature of certain private club selections and promotional member items, specific products are explicitly exempted from being returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged or defective, it must be reported to club administration within 24 hours of delivery for internal review and replacement handling.
